According to a statement released by Victorian police on Tuesday, the girl and two other girls were seen driving a stolen black Hyundai sedan in the southeastern suburbs of Hampton, Ripponlea, and Caulfield over several days. The incidents allegedly took place in broad daylight, causing distress to those targeted.
The 13-year-old girl has been charged with a total of 52 offenses, including reckless conduct endangering life, stalking, and making threats. Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the incidents and are working to determine the extent of the alleged antisemitic behavior.
